About Our Local Office

The Orland Park Office of Right at Home is a locally owned and operated franchise office of Right at Home Inc., a senior home care and staffing company providing care since 1995. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. We do that by providing high quality in-home caregivers to serve you.

The Orland Park office is owned and operated by Dave and Allison Aidinovich. Allison manages the daily operations. She has worked for 20 years as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the home care settings in the south suburbs. Her one on one home care patient experiences only clarified the need for quality caregiver services. She understands the desire for clients to remain in the place they call home .She is commited to making this process for families a less stressful one knowing that our caregivers are all screened, licensed, bonded and insured.

Dave and Allison feel very strongly about being involved with a business that would be meaningful and make a difference in people's lives.

Dave and Allison have been married for 20 years and reside in Mokena, Illinois with their two sons Justin and Mark.
